THE ROLE

• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Well-informed on brand priorities and promotions in-store and online
• Build and manage client relationships
• Restock and organize merchandise
• Process cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep up with fashion trends

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Passionate about fashion and styling
• An aspirational sense of style with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and strong organizational skill
• Familiarity with the social media platform landscape
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
