ORDER

You will receive an email detailing the tracking information on your order once your items have been shipped. Orders can also be tracked through your order history.

If you do not receive an order notification, please check your spam folder before contacting order@blancnoize.com or via Live Chat.

Redirecting An Order To request a change in your shipping address please chat with us or email order@blancnoize.com for further inquiry. We can’t redirect orders once items have been shipped.

SHIPPING 

Free shipping will be provided for orders over CAD $80 for shipments within Canada and CAD $180 for shipments to the U.S., excluding tax. 

Otherwise a flat rate of CAD $9 will be charged for Canadian orders and CAD $15 will be charged for U.S. orders.

Inquiry about international shipments can be made through emailing order@blancnoize.com. Tracking information will be provided as usual once your package has been shipped. Custom charges are unlikely, but the customer will be responsible for any outstanding charges.

Shipping fee of refused orders will be covered by the customer.

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and send out your order. Thank you for your patience! 

Free and Faster Order pickup at the store; simply show your BN order confirmation. Orders placed before 3pm will be ready on the same day.

EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT AND REFUNDS

We offer a full refund within 14 days or store credit within 30 days for Canada and U.S. orders since the date of purchase/shipment. International orders have a 30 day period to return items and issue for a full refund or receive store credit. Exchanges can be made within 30 days since the date of purchase/shipment. 

Orders can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund through the mail or in person within the eligible time period accompanied by the original receipt and original condition. Online item exchanges can be processed through issuing a valid refund and placing a new order.

Conditions All returned items must have not been washed, worn, damaged or altered and all tags must be attached. Upon receiving your returned items they will be inspected for approval and you will receive an e-mail with a refund confirmation.

Sale items purchased with a discount below 30% can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase/shipment, otherwise they are considered final sale. Promotional items follow the same regulations as sale items. 

Final Sale All items under the accessories, intimates, bodysuits, hosiery, and gift card purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund. Items in our Sale Collection are always considered final sale and do not participate in store-wide promotional offers.

Please allow us up to 7-10 business days to process your transactions. If in any case an item is refused for an exchange or refund after the inspection, an email of notification will be sent and items will be mailed back at the customers expense.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Please first ensure that your items are eligible for return, then a return postage fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sign into your account (log in) from your order details page and select ‘Return Items’ to fill out the return request form. Alternatively, email us at order@blancnoize.com with your Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number, Address and reason for return.
  • Once you receive a return confirmation email from us, print the return label and package your items.
  • Please make sure all packages sent to us are securely packaged to make sure your package arrives securely. We are not responsible for the items being damaged, lost or stolen during transit.

No personal information will be released to anyone for any purpose besides the use of internal operations between the customer and merchant. All information provided to us is willingly agreed by the customer and and under no circumstance will any privacy be disclosed to members outside of our company unless required by law.
